We accept payment via Direct Debit.


What kind of payment schedules are available?

We offer several flexible options for payments, including:

  • Weekly
  • Fortnightly
  • Four Weekly
  • Monthly

Do I need to pay a deposit for a new rental?

We don't charge for a deposit when taking out a new rental, however we do require an administration fee for the initial setup of your account. This costs £22.99*.

If you already have an appliance with us, the fee for a second rental reduces to £9.99**

*If you're a returning customer within a six-month period, the fee is £9.99 for a standard appliance (or £14.99 for a cooker).

**If the second appliance is a cooker, the second rental fee is £14.99.
